04 Concept Masterplan

Once the content decisions have been taken for implementation, Input provides an overall varying concept. A master plan is drawn up on a scale and major implementation steps are developed. This serves as basis for a detailed implementation.


This project stage includes the following points:

• Masterplan as a surface plan on a scale
• Designs / drafts
• List of all measures
• Performance description with quantities and quantity
• Gross cost estimate for the planned measures
